We, Yukiguni story, specialize in handling Hokkaido seafood. For this festival, we prepared salt Yakisoba with Hokkaido scallops - so called ocean’s steak. Our flavors are simple, so that you can really taste the scallops’ natural umami. Extra scallops can be added as toppings, please enjoy ocean’s steak as much as you’d like.
