On 4.20.2020, the owner, who has been appearing in Hokkaido’s local media scene for more than 20 years, opened this restaurant. We won 2nd place in the best new restaurant award in 2021, well-known through a lot of food events in major cities. For this festival, we prepared Sapporo shrimp miso ramen as Hawaii special limited item!
