The line-ups include seafood yakisoba, Sapporo miso ramen, NISEKO maze soba and more. There is going to be limited menu items specially created for this festival. Enjoy 1 hour free parking with parking validation. Experience the world of premium ramen with all five of your senses.

This festival is a 3 months, long term event. Every 2 weeks, there are going to be new restaurants, discover new flavors every time you visit.

A full menu of fresh seafood dishes will be offered featuring Hokkaido specialties such as sea urchin bowls, salmon roe bowls, and scallop butter corn, sourced directly from Hokkaido herself.
WAGYU RAMEN
A ramen lavishly prepared with world-class Wagyu beef from Hokkaido, topped to the point that it covers the entire bowl – a bowl sure to be pure culinary bliss.
YAMAICHI
Enjoy the local flavors unique to Hokkaido in the unique “maze soba” (MAH-zeh SO-bah), a soup-less version of a fan favorite, this dish features ramen noodles mixed with a variety of sides.
BAKUSHINDO
Enjoy the rich and creamy flavor of tonkotsu (pork bone) based ramen from Hokkaido!
